Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from emonarod. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned merchandise that meets our requirements.
POLICY WINDOW
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at support@emonarod.com first. Please include your order ID in your message.
— Returns must be notified via email first.
— If accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.
— Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
*Please choose your items carefully to avoid "change of mind" returns.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- SALE ITEMS: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- HYGIENE: Underwear, swimwear, and fragrance are not returnable.
- PERSONAL CARE: Custom products and beauty products are non-returnable.
- EU COOLING OFF: EU customers have a 7-day cooling-off period.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Banks may take up to 10-15 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
